I would like to learn a bit more about your child/children before I arrive. Please fill me in on what they love, activities they are involved with, games they enjoy playing - anything that might help me connect with them on the day of our shoot. Also, please let me know what their favorite small "treat" is (M&M's, gummies, smarties, etc).

Please list three songs that you as a family enjoy listening to. You could include the song from your first dance at your wedding, a song that makes your kids laugh or dance, or a song that you all enjoy listening to in the car.

Occasionally I post sneak peek photos on instagram. Could you please provide me with your username?

AGREEMENT: By submitting this form, I agree that I am securing services for Lauren Ann Photography to photograph my family or event. In the case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the photographer or the client reserves the right to reschedule the session with a 48-hour notice. In the case of adverse weather for an outdoor session, the session will be rescheduled for a time that is acceptable to both the client and the photographer. COPYRIGHT: Lauren Ann Photography retains the copyright to all images produced. Clients will be provided a print release to make personal copies of digital images. The client understands that the photographs cannot be used for profit or advertising and that all posting of images on the internet must be acknowledged as images by the Photographer. The client understands that all photographs are the property of Lauren Ann Photography and may be used for marketing purposes such as blogs, social media posts, website portfolio, product samples and brochures. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY: A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking and must be received to secure your session time. The remaining balance is due on your session date. A password protected online gallery will be sent to the client 2-3 weeks after the session date.
