Andrew and Michelle - Maternity Session

Andrew and Michelle have become dear friends through the years. What a joy it has been to document their wedding day, their maternity session, and very soon a newborn session with their precious son, Jacob!

I was thrilled when Michelle suggested a sunset maternity session at Lake Norman. Michelle and Andrew were even adventurous enough to lose the shoes and dip their toes into the water. Still a little cold in March, but they were troopers.

I have every confidence that this couple's gentleness, patience and ability to find humor in every situation is going to make them the best of parents. I'm also looking forward to seeing how their hilarious dogs react to having a little one in the house.
